I’m Josh Traeger. I’m a professional consultant and strategic advisor that helps high performers navigate crisis. My clients include business executives, entrepreneurs, managers, nonprofit leaders, athletes, lawyers, and doctors, to name a few. Although I am based in beautiful Northern Michigan, I consult with clients all around the world. I am also the Founding Attorney of True North Legal Group, a community-centered legal practice based in Traverse City, Michigan, and The Military Defense Firm, which provides defense services to military members worldwide.

When I am not working directly with my clients, I enjoy thinking about and discussing crisis management, personal growth, and high performance.
